I have had my stove for three years now. So far I havnt had a problem except a couple of auger jams. Looks like the pellets were simply too long. Different brand of pellets fixed that problem. I also perform maintenance as recomended and haven't had any part failures.

Garbage, pure and simple. Nothing but problems. Wouldn't take another if it was free.

I purchased this stove because the price was right and it looked good. It has been a major problem, and I feel I have made a mistake. The stove either won't ignite or shuts off for no reason. The dealer I got it from went out of business, and the distributer in Spokane is no help as well as the factory. Yes you can eventually get the parts at no cost while under warranty, but you have to pay some unknown to fix the thing. I have been using the stove for 2 months now and wish I would have spent more money to got a Quadra Fire or Lopi!

It is extremely easy to replace any part on the stove. Most people who can use a screwdriver and socket can replace anything on the stove in 15 minutes or so. Don't pay someone to do it.

Breckwell sends directions with every part they ship and you can most likely replace the part yourself in just a few minutes.
